Policy
Quality is our top priority, and we strive to provide the exceptional service to our customers. 
If there is any kind of miscommunication or me dispute that led to a dissatisfaction, please let us j know and we will do our best to fix them before you leave the salon. 


Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as j cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift card sales are final. 

Appointments/ Arrivals
We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your schedule to allow plenty of time to pork your car and check-in.

Late Arrival
Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after this grace period we consider this as a "NO SHOW" and the appointment may be given away. Please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service, a late arrival may require a reduced appointment time, at the scheduled price, with respect to the clients that are scheduled after you.

For Your Protection
We regret that we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of personal articles or items on premises.

Child
Our services are reserved for you and other clients for a total relaxation. We request that young children, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult and remain on, the waiting area.
